However, the E92 M3 is not the most pleasant daily driver IMO (especially in a manual). If you want a multi-purposed car that's great for daily driving, torquey and easier to drive, then the M2 is a great option. If I only had one car, then I would consider the M2. However, the M3 is a weekend warrior for now as I daily a truck.

I just bought an e92 M3. I agree. It's too much of a beast to be a DD. I just got rid of my 2002 Civic. My Z4 3.0si will be my daily driver now. Great mileage. It's quick and nimble with just enough power to get me in and out of traffic quick.
