Unfortunately the oss guys pretty much dropped off the map. Lots of reports that they stopped responding. I tried for about a month, gave up and bought a kit to do it myself. Kit was $250, oss would have charged $579 with shipping the headlights. There are other places that will do the install for $250, so $500 total.
