I personally find it no different that fiddling around with iDrive while in motion. Those of us with iDrive glance at the display many times while driving (..
placing BT calls, inputting addresses, etc.), so what makes that any different than glancing at a movie while driving? Sure, you can argue that it's "
unsafe", but that's an extremely slippery slope.
