When I was in college, I started as an Accounting major then changed it. After college, my first serious girlfriend's dad was VP for a big Chicago accounting firm. First time we met, he says "My daughter thinks you're a genius - why?" "I was going to be an accountant, but changed my mind." He looks at his daughter and says, totally deadpan "You were right!"
