Tighten them on the end with the buckles to attach to seat. Either roll up the excess and hold in place with zip tie or cut it off and burn the end to prevent unravel. The side that you pull should be far shorter |
If the belts are for you, cut them shorter. Unless I'm mistaken it's simply webbing. Take it to outdoor store if you need help or access to a hot blade to prevent fraying. Can pickup a new pull handle to attach to the end.
