You could always work on flexibility and it would be much easier to get out. If you could put your ankles behind your head, I'd guarantee that you'd be the most popular guy in the paddock...just a thought for motivation.

Seriously, I haven't even put door bars in my e46 yet and I fail to get out of the car with any kind of dignity if I don't remove the steering wheel.
I heard if you can get your foot above and around the halo it makes things easy lol
