I like the lower profile of the 30 series tire myself for the 285 rears. Here is my car with 255/35/19s and 285/30/19.
Not to mention the 285/35/19 is 2lbs heavier than the 285/30/19,while the 285/30/19 is usually only 1lb heavier than the 265/35/19.
