Well I don't have access to the Manheim numbers, but I know that some forum members have recently purchased leftover new well-optioned M3's for about ~50k. So judging by the fact that yours is used and dealers lowball you anyways, I wouldn't be surprised if they offered you high 30's to low 40's.
