It looks like the front tire you are running is a bit too tall and is the cause of that rubbing. This scrubbing on the liners is normal and will not damage anything other than that liner. We would recommend dropping down to a 255/30-19 tire to maintain the proper overall diameter for the E9x chassis.
Please note that adding a spacer to this fitment up front will make the scrubbing worse and is not recommended.

Are you sure? 255/30/19 is pretty small. That's 0.8" smaller diameter than the factory 245/35/18 and has a really thin sidewall.
