iDrive says no Navigation DVD is inserted. I obtain a Navigation DVD and nothing happens when I put it in the drive slot. Feels like a disc may already be in there, but I can't tell. Hitting eject button does nothing, makes no sounds. Everything else in the CCC system seems to be working fine.

Tried resetting the iDrive (volume, CD/DVD eject buttons) and disconnecting battery. No change.

Any advice where to go from here, besides the dealer?
