My 2cent for fitment on E90's.
I have fitted my Forcewerkz E92 CF lower diffuser to my E90. The outside area of the lower diffuser matches the E90 side but the inner middle of the E92 diffuser required some finessing and Home Depot thinking.
Ultimately, I do think the Varis rep diffuser lines up appropriately other than the outside bumper fins. Those I suspect would be not aligned at the edge of the E90 bumper. Luckily, those fins can be removed and if you were lucky to have Tee's CF fins from back in the day (and you see can I have them in the pic below). That would have been my replacement.
