Crushed my previous lap time at Eagles Canyon this weekend by a full 2.5 seconds -- now down to 2:06.70. Same set of tires (Proxes RR) and everything else, and I somehow was 2.2 seconds faster in the very first session of the weekend. Haven't dug into the data too deep, but picked up time pretty much everywhere. Managed to knock another 0.3 seconds off in the next session.

Having found that extra time, I used Sunday to finally put PTM into Race mode and get comfortable with not having the safety net anymore. I was about 1 second slower, but was definitely leaving time on the table because I was being timid in a few of the riskier corners. Most of the understeer I had been fighting vanished in Race mode, which I consider another huge win for the weekend.

Only had one big spin that resulted in some light yard work. :-)
