98 & 100 Octane From the Track

So, after four track events and one autocross I decided it was time to change my oil and send off to Blackstone for analysis. On at least three of these events (either at Dominion or Summit Point) I put some 98 or 100 octane "unleaded" fuel in my car. Seems it's not as unleaded as I thought. My analysis shows a decent amount of lead in my oil which I am assuming is from the track gas.

For those of you who have far more experience than myself, is this going to cause me any long-term problems?

Thanks!
SJ
