I just purchased an M3 ZCP last October and it has about 39k miles on it. I want to lower it but I don't want to spend too much money at this time.

I am considering either the KW HAS or Malek's M3 ZCP H&R lowering springs mod. Any suggestions which way I should go? How do the two compare ride wise?

How long do shock bodies last for? Should I just go ahead and go straight to coilovers given the mileage?
