How safe is Google checkout as opposed to Paypal?
There's an item I want to buy but the seller only accepts Google checkout on his website. Does Google Checkout offer the same buyer protection services as Paypal? If I don't receive my order will I be able to open dispute and receive my refund? Anyone had any bad experience with Google checkout?
