if so, yes, you can. Although, it's not recommended that you have different tires, if you must do so, you can mix tires if they share common characteristics.


Both the 5p and sportcontact3s are in the same performance tire category, and the 5p, depending on the size, have the same UTQG temperature, traction, and resistence rating as the sportcontact3s. So if you must, go for it. Handling characteristics can be weird in extreme circumstances such as in standing water or track conditions.

note there are different temperature ratings on the 5p depending on the size. The two tires also has different thread patterns.
