You're getting a 535 for the price of a near base 335...definitely a deal!
The only "con", if you can call it that is that you need to ask yourself in the long run...can you live with the E60 since the new F 5'er is out now.
Of course if you're leasing this or planning on switching to another car in a couple of years, it won't be as big of a decision as it would be if you were to keep the car for say, 5+ yrs.
