The M3 has the ZF S6-53 , not the 35, that's where you're getting the wrong oil type from. (Btw, secondary air injection & EGR are 2 different things).
That oil is inbetween the grades for LT 2 & 3 though, so it's not going to make much difference. Although strangely originally only for DCTs, later PDFs shows it's for MTs too.
RealOEM seems to be confused over whether it's meant to have LT2 or 3, & conflicts (I think) with the newTIS. lol.

Anyway, I decided the difference was so small between LT2 & 3 it wasn't worth worrying about, I used the LT2 direct replacement Castrol Syntrans B 75W in both my 330d E90 & M3 e92.
Which theoretically would give very slightly heavier gear changes but slightly better protection (made the changes lighter in my 330d, probably because it had never been changed though!).
