The CTR is very impressive on the track. I thought I would attend a couple HPDEs in the m3 but never happened. I would expect it to be a lot of fun on the street and significantly more agile than the m3 due to lighter weight and Honda suspension magic.
Agreed the looks are more for a 20 something. The odd looks are the biggest thing that holds me back. Otherwise it's a very impressive hot hatch.
