I did the 2 day class. I'm told that the one day class is exactly like the first day of the 2 day class as far as the exercises. The 2nd day is 2 more time trials, a lot of time on the big aka 140mph+ track, a course on the drift pad, and something you don't get on day 1: full speed lead-follow. You do this on the big track and this one is a real test of your skill where you put everything together.
It's a great way to beat up on and learn the absolute limit on your car without actually placing any wear and tear or miles on your car. That and you get to try the M2, M3 and M4. I HIGHLY recommend it. I never knew how much our M3/4 could actually take until this class. These things are beasts and it's amazing what they can do on a track. You don't even touch 75% their potential on the road, even on an open highway at 4am when you are pushing over 100mph. Not even close.
