technically MSD's is not putting money down towards the cap cost tho...it is an option if you have the cash and want a lower monthly...but as another stated, the lease rates are determined by BMWFS...
you can get a better residual if you drop down to 10K miles as well, but dealers won't just give you a better residual/lower MF to be competitive, they are all held to these numbers...
