I offered 29.5k on it, but didn't hear anything back. On second thought, I might just check the market a little bit more before I go back to that dealer. The car with the accident is okay and the price is okay with the warranty, but it almost feels like a waste as I drive pretty locally and don't plan on putting a lot of miles on it within two years.
I remember seeing a few well priced m3s in classifeds with throttle actuators and/or rod bearings already taken care of too.. oh well, back to the hunt.
