Most times it's best to order the wheels from the US and have them shipped here.
For PSS tires, Simply Tire has the best pricing i've found in the GTA. The savings from tirerack is non-existent when you factor in time/gas to get them in the GTA or add install if you have them shipped here directly.
Are you looking for OEM ZCPs? or Reps (aka Advan Garde)? I haven't seen anywhere locally that sells new ZCPs so you are better off ordering from an online vendor in the US.
