They may be nice cars but both are more of a grand tourer/cruiser than a "drivers" car. The "driver" is pretty ambiguous.

OK, here is my take on this list. Please excuse if I get it wrong with the US branded cars as I know little about them.
The R8 is there because it's probably the new V10 which is just out, same for the XFR, the M3 and GT3 are probably last year's models.
Are all the other cars involved new or only recently tested by the mag?
