Yes. My car is always “all monitors ready” when I scan it.
FWIW: this xpipe has been on the car for jusf under 15.000 miles. Still no CEL. I just checked again this morning out of curiosity with my generic “same scan as the emissions obd” handheld scanner. No codes all monitors ready
