Don't just proceed to introduce yourself. You ask her for her name, pause and don't say anything, and wait and see if she asks you for your name. If she doesn't and proceeds to do her own thing or looks away, then she's not interested and you move on. Don't just throw yourself at her.
To the OP, the less you talk about yourself the better. Ask her questions that require thinking and to which she can't just simply answer yes or no. Keep the conversation short. Make sure you ask for her phone number at the end of the conversation. If she's interested she'll give it to you. If not, tell her it's nice talking to her and you move on.
And whatever you do, don't compliment her on her looks.
