Sorry but this a silly, nit-picking debate. As was pointed out above, Pilkington makes the windshields for BMW cars. If I can get it from Safelite for $288 less because it doesn't have the BMW logo on it and my dealer isn't screwing me on the install then I will save the $288 every time. And I know my dealer well and guess what, they will charge me more as they have Safelite install my windshield in the back. So instead I go direct to Safelite and save a few bucks. My safety is not compromised in ANY way nor is the integrity of the car...
