I don't have experience with both, but I have 1W MCS on my Z4MC.
You say that the car will be 90% track, but both systems you are considering have a definite street presence.
More like a 50/50 usage.
I have had the 1W MCS on the Z4MC for a while now and feel that I have definitely out grown them.
On the M3 I'll definitely be going up a notch.
FWIW, I was considering MCS 2WR, but have decided to go with JRZ Pro 2WR
