I say if you like the interior design (the quality is superb) and don't find it too reminiscent of a 1990's denon stereo receiver, and are comfortable with an automatic (and many of your choices are so I'm assuming yes) how can you beat the XFR?
In Canada the XFR is almost exactly the same price as the optioned M3 Sedan (Saloon) I plan to order ($85,000 CDN + 13% tax), so I naturally considered it and spent some time at the Jaguar dealer. I decided it was a little excessively large, although couldn't accommodate a roof rack, and the interior that I first fell for head over heals started to look dated,... and I was still in shopping mode.
The C63 is a fantastic animal, but given UK fuel prices, and the fact it will run through petrol faster than your M, that might just get annoying.
