2013's with low mileage like the one you are buying are at the $40k range. A 2011 should be a few dollars less.
Similar vehicle for sale dmk08 for $37.5 but the 6MT would get a few bucks more obviously.
Since it is your buddy's car it is even more reason to get a PPI regardless. There may be an issue that he is not aware of. Better to find out now instead of after and possibly ruin a friendship. .02
