I just got Michelin Pilot Alpin Pa4s. My local BMW dealer suggested I go with a square setup for the winter and drop down to 18s. I heeded their advice and bought the size they recommended too. 235/40R18 on 18x8.0 w/ 5x120, offset 25.

I bought cheapo wheels by Replika and the place I bought them from balanced, mounted, inflated with nitrogen and shipped them to my home, all for free.
