This isn't a camber issue or he'd be seeing extra wear on the outer edges of the tire. Like I said, it's because the tire is being dragged across the pavement in the corners. Fall-Line saw my tires doing this and immediately told me it's not an alignment problem, and they were right.
OP, please post your alignment info and your cold inflation number.
