I have used the Endless ME20 pads as a track only setup. They work flawlessly but they are a bit pricey. However if you account for how long they last it probably ends up being the same price as the other pads. The ME20's have lasted me about 10 track days on the Stoptech ST40 BBK.
In comparison the Stoptech SP pads lasted me less than 2 track days before they were completely gone.
I don't run the ME20's on the street as they do squeak a bit. I use the Stoptech SP on the street.
