Are you suffering from the dreadful DCT lag that was originally described as a 'feature' by the technician my local dealer? If so, then a fix has been out for this for near on a year and it's dreadful if your local dealer will not address it.
First off I would get the full background on this 'bug' by reading the multitude of posts in the main M3 forum (I think this issue is a 'sticky'). Then armed with the info, speak with your local dealer's principle. If you still get nowhere, I would contact BMW UK.
I'm pretty sure there was a recall notice for this issue, but others can confirm.
