All the spacers that I have bough so far (H&R, Turner and Velocity Motorcars) fit tight enough over the hub as to stay put while changing tires. The Velocity Motorcars spacers in particular are screwed first into the brake disc, so they do not move at all once installed.
I put some Mobil1 grease on the hub, but the fitment was super tight (H&R) that you can't even move them 1mm, and they were on the car for like 4 days or so...
