It includes the "Plug-and-Play Harness" that's easier to write into the CAN so it gives the DL 2 access to metrics not available over the ODB2 port. They sell the harness alone for $175 so there's already a bit of a discount.
I would like to know how many people would be interested in buying this and in what timeframe before reaching out the vendor.
