I really dig the M2 comp. It's about perfect for a new BMW M car, no doubt in my mind. I drove a regular M2 and M3 on a road course and was impressed with them both. I really liked them, but don't love them.

I didn't like either car better than my e92, which I drove to and from the track in. Yeah it's slower and doesn't brake as well, but I just like the "old girl". It's the last of the classic approach to BMW M cars. And to me, that's what makes it special and worth keeping around. If/when the time comes to sell the M3, I'm quite set on leaving the BMW brand as nothing does it enough for me to stick to the brand. And of course, life's too short to drive cars from only one brand.
