Well I know 2 people with a supercharged Evolve m3 that have passed... so i'm confident I will pass.
From what i've researched, you need to have the stock Xpipe/cats in place and run a tune that allows all O2 sensors to go ready. Many of the common tunes, have the front o2 sensors turned off and that will never pass inspection.
