I followed the readiness procedure *except* for what was required to bring the 02 sensors into a state of readiness.
I use the Android App "Torque" along w/a OBDII bluetooth connector I mentioned in my Android my OBDII splitter DIY thread.

My bad, I wasn't aware you were supercharged. You mentioned being "in a similar boat", and I assumed you just had a tune. Apologies.
