Update - 113,500 miles (purchased new)

2008 Jerez/black novillo slicktop single hump 6MT E90M - factory options were premium package, cold weather package, and 220M's

This is a 99.5% street car, the goal is to make it better without making it worse as a daily, and I think it's coming along nicely

Engine/power

- AFE filter
- Evolve Stage 1 tune
- AFE catted and resonated replacement xpipe
- M Performance muffler
- BE rod bearings at 102,400 due to high lead on two successive oil changes, now 0 lead on the latest change

Suspension

- Sachs performance coilover struts slightly lower than stock ZCP height front, with stock ZCP rear springs and Sachs performance shocks
- Dinan camber plates (-2.4 degrees)
- Dinan front swaybar
- Bimmerworld endlinks

Brakes

- Stoptech Trophy front 355x35mm
- RacingBrake 350x26 replacement rotors

Wheels/tires

- 220M 9.5 ET23, square
- Bimmerworld bullet nose 82mm studs
- 5mm rear Turner spacers
- 275/30-19 Michelin PS4S
- I also have a perpetual revolving door of lightweight wheels, currently a set of 17x10 Apexes that I can't decide if I want to sell or keep. MAybe I'll put them back on in springtime to remind myself how the car feels with 36lb lopped off the wheel/tire package, lol

Exterior

- OEM Blacklines
- IND sidemarkers
- IND keyhole delete
- 85% ceramic film on windows

Interior

- Removed stickers from visors!
- Fire extinguisher mount and small extinguisher under passenger seat

Misc notes:

- Two kids' seats and oem BMW rear sunshade in picture, the sunshade is going bye bye soon because everyone's finally facing forward yay
- Various titanium fasteners and other detail lightweighting
- Voltphreaks VPH900 7lb lifepo battery, now 2.5 years old, still working great
- Full tank weight without the kid seats etc. = ~3530 with 220M's, ~3500 with Apex 17's. This represents about 105lb of weight loss from stock with full tank, with full interior intact, stock heavy wheels. With the apex wheels on the car, it's about 140lb lighter than it was stock with full tank.

Planned, on order:

- Karbonius intake manifold

Planned for 2019:

- RKP CF roof, Challenge OEM CF LCI trunk and LCI conversion, both painted if I can find the time to get the car up to IND from STL
