I actually purchased it from a company in FL that specializes in selling high end automobiles. They have another M there (coupe), and when I flew down to pick it up, they also had a nice Bentley, among several other vehicles.
I was watching another on eBay that was exactly like the one I picked up, but the individual wanted $43k and wasn't interested in letting me assume the lease. Oh well, it worked out better for me in the long run
