With the 2X, I predict that the 1D4 will be the champ, but with everything else, I think you'll like the 5D3 best. The 2x will work on both the 1D4 and 5D3, but the higher voltage of the 1D4 makes a huge difference in its ability to manhandle the big lens plus TC. The 1D X is even better.
