I found an opportunity to buy a blown up 2008 e92 m3 with roughly 65k miles on it. Likely rod bearing but I don't have all of the details yet. The sale price on the car is $13,000.

I'd like to purchase the car and a similar mileage motor and enjoy the car for a while before either following in love with it or flipping it. Does this seem like a decent opportunity or should I walk away. Keep in mind I'd plan to swap rod bearing at the time and probably put a fresh clutch in the car before putting the good motor in. All the work would be done by me.
