Misfire -- Incorrect Spark plugs

Here is an FYI that I couldn't find too much research on. Upon doing typical "tune-up" maintenance on my E93 M3, I decided to change the spark plugs. There was a historic issue with a misfire on cyl #3 and #5.

The spark plugs I chose at the time were the new NGK Ruthenium spark plugs--which were listed under NGK's website as being compatible.

Long story, short...these Ruthenium plugs are NOT compatible with S65 "ion-sensing" ignition. ONLY the platinum NGK plugs are compatible as the "ion-sensing" is tuned for this dual ground electrode plug.
