If money is not the issue, sell X3 and get a 4x4 truck. That way you have the utility year round and the M3 for summer.
Do not think there is a car you can buy that will give you the same experience (or even close) that the M3 does that you can drive in summer and winter. The new X5/6Ms are crazy fast, but certainly do not tick all the boxes for pure driving enjoyment. + no manual.
Don't do it.
