Short version. Had rod bearings replaced. Attached is a pic of the old ones. How can I tell how badly these are worn?

Longer version. I had my oil pan replaced at the dealer at no charge because of the dreaded stripped drain plug issue. Tried the inserts but they wouldn’t stop the leak. While the pan was off I had them replace the rod bearings since it was basically for the cost of the parts. Here are pics of the old ones. How do I tell how worn they really were? Car is 2011 with 120k miles.
