ABSOLUTELY!
I remember when I was young man (20yrs ago) I had a conversation with a wealthy entrepreneur. And one piece of advice he said to me was, "Never pay full price for anything."
Now I understand that if you want stuff first or the moment it drops, then it is what it is. But I have learned to be VERY patient and I have saved tens of thousands over the years by being a savvy shopper.
