If the car's never had a plug change like mines(low miles), the coils are pretty wedged in. I would never use a screw driver lol.
You'd be surprised how easy it is to lift up the coils by the edge of the lip with a flat head. With the coil puller you going to pull the entire nipple up and break it for those cars that have slightly higher mileage.
