My favorite is Meguiar's Hyper Wash D110. It's their professional grade formula. Works well and very economical with a 1 oz/5 gallon dilution ratio. $28 a gallon right now at detailedimage.com
Reset works great but is also $85 a gallon.
I'm not convinced a 'pH neutral' soap is going to remove actual road film. That's the layer of crap you get if you ever drive when it rains. Eventually it builds up and nothing but an actual light polish or cleaner/wax type product will remove it.
