I just went with whatever spring rates the R&T kit comes with, I'm not actually sure what they are.
The car is a weekend road car, and I'm very fussy about comfort.
After some testing at different damping settings, I have settled on 15/15 which gives incredible comfort/refinement on harsh road surfaces, while still having way better handling than stock, and giving me the much lower ride height.
I'm super happy that I went with this kit.
